MiniCrush Conducts Company-Wide Skills Training to Strengthen Freeze-Dried Candy Manufacturing Expertise
To further enhance its overall manufacturing capabilities and international competitiveness, Minicrush recently organized a large-scale systematic training program for all employees. Centered on the theme of "Precision Management, Quality Enhancement, Innovation-Driven Growth", the training focused on four key modules: freeze-Dried Candy production processes, standard equipment operating procedures, quality management systems, and safety protocols.
As China’s first professional freeze-dried candy manufacturer, MiniCrush has always prioritized technological innovation and quality control as core drivers of its development. During the training, technical and equipment experts provided in-depth explanations of critical processes—from raw material pretreatment and cooking techniques to vacuum freeze-drying and packaging quality inspections—ensuring all employees master operational standards aligned with international certifications such as BRC, HACCP, ISO, and HALAL. The equipment team also conducted specialized hands-on workshops for cooking processes to further strengthen job-specific skills.
